Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for color differences or personal dislikes. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Returns are accepted only for damaged products.
To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video (360° opening video) is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without cuts.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery, in its original condition, without unfolding and with all original packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
